Description; Rotating spray rack – freestanding 30-door dry racks – regular spray rack – 18-door dry rack
This combo system can paint and store 48 cabinet doors painted on both sides wet horizontally.
The 30-door cabinet door dry racks can paint and store 30 doors painted on both sides wet horizontally.
The regular spray rack and 18-door dry rack can paint and store 18 cabinet doors wet on both sides.
The regular spray rack plus the 18-door and 30-door dry racks combined can store 18 standard hollow doors painted on both sides up to 30 pounds maximum per door. The 30-door and the 18-door dry rack have a maximum limit of 9 regular 30-pound hollow doors. (With this system, 18 hollow doors could be stored in the two dry racks)
What do many painters do?
Many painters use the regular spray and 18-door dry rack to paint and store smaller doors and drawers, then use the rotating spray and 30-door dry rack to paint and store standard-size cabinet doors.
The new sturdy freestanding 30-door dry rack, except for being larger, is the replica of the 18-door dry rack we have been selling since 2008.
This 30-door dry rack is much lighter, therefore, much easier to assemble and transport.
Because it is a lot lighter, it is much less expensive to ship than the older version.
The Dry Rack works in conjunction with the Spray Racks, which makes a complete cabinet door painting system.
With a glossy enamel finish, we recommend spraying the
primer on both sides and letting that dry, then applying the first finish coat
on both sides and letting that dry.
Then apply the final finish coat separately on each side
of the door and let the coats dry in between applications.
That’s where the wood rod add-ons come in perfectly; wood
rod add-ons shelving works hand in hand with the aluminum dry racks system.
Some combos have pictures with a rotating spray rack
attached to a sawhorse.
The sawhorse is not included.
(The reason is; shipping expenses would be many times the
cost of the sawhorse purchase.
Average wood sawhorses are between $20 to $30
